The knowledge and experience of the ALTA team are among the company’s principal assets. Some employees have been with ALTA for 25 years or more. All possess the qualities that make for lasting partnerships: know-how, technical proficiency, sense of responsibility, adaptability and respect for commitments and timelines.

ALTA’s engineers, technicians, accountants, project managers, forepersons, field superintendents, labourers and executives form an experienced and seasoned team that clients can count on to deliver optimal results for any project.

Heading this team is a trio of senior managers who lead by example in implementing the company’s management and development philosophy. They are:

• Michel Lafleur, Vice-President of Operations, serving ALTA for more than 30 years and responsible for management of many major projects in all sectors;

• Jacques Bussières, Vice-President, Estimation Department, member of the team since 1972 and also overseeing civil engineering and industrial projects.
